This feature allows you to monitor the weather channel for any severe weather conditions or national, regional, or local emergencies. And, with its S.A.M.E. (Specific Area Message Encoding) feature, you'll only receive weather alerts from your local area, not from those that don't affect you.

With this full-function wireless 2.4GHz Digital remote,you can add up to 4 remotes that act as intercom stations. The WHAMx4 can remotely control every function of the main station, including DSC, transmit, channel selection, radio modes and more. It can also communicate WHAM-to-WHAM up to .5 miles apart, without tying up main station VHF operation.
